Feeling calm. Isn't that what we all want? So many times we get caught up in anger and our problems. Wouldn't letting go of that feel really really great?
I used to identify so much with my problems. I'd be full of anxiety, and labelled myself a "worrywart". Now those times are far gone. I am happy, carefree, and people love to be around me! What I didn't realize is that getting this feeling all the time is from a single technique!
That technique is meditation. Originally I started by meditating a couple of minutes a day, and slowly increasing the time. But you don't have to do that! I realized I was wasting lots and lots of time. Now, I can obtain a level of calm that needed 20 minutes of meditation in just minutes! Wouldn't you love that feeling?
