relatedI used to be such a worry-wart. Some people even called me anal! I'd worry about the littlest things, and these worries would spin out of control! I couldn't control my anxiety, and each day I'd wake up with a worry already on my mind.

But then I found a way to change all that! That way was meditation. At first I thought "meditation is only for buddhist monks! They have to sit up high on a mountain and go 'ommmmm' all day. That's not what I want at all!" But then I realized there was a short and easy way to get the meditation I wanted!

The cool thing is, now I can get a deep level of meditation with only a copule of minutes of work! I used to meditate for 20 minutes and only get a little bit of focus out of it. But now, I listen to the beautiful sounds of this meditation audio file, and I am immediately transported to another world, where worries and anxiety do not exist!
